Job Summary:

We are looking for a part time Lead Generation Specialist to work inside of Costco Wholesale at our HVAC kiosk. Cranney Home Services offers free in home estimates, and as a Lead Generation Specialist, your main goal is to schedule Costco Members for an estimate appointment. This position requires you to be standing for 4-8 hours per shift and weekends are required.

Job Duties:

• Become educated about residential Lennox products and services that Cranney Home Services offers
• Engage every Costco member to drive new leads
• Fax or scan and email lead sheets to appropriate contact for each shift
  

Job Qualifications:

• People person a must
• 1 year or more sales experience is preferred
• Experience with Heating and Cooling equipment is a plus!
• Common sense with great people skills and excellent customer service
• Highly self-motivating
• Professional conduct and appearance

Other Information:
Lead Generation Specialists are paid hourly plus commission. We will train the right person for success. This is a great part-time job opportunity; growth within the company is possible for candidates with strong sales experience.

Must be available to work in the following locations:
Danvers, Everett and Waltham MA.
